This article is called,”Temporary Emotional Experiences.” Each human being experiences this, throughout their entire life. But there are also many emotional experiences, that last a life time and are never forgotten, some are good and some are bad. I also believe that these shape our lives in many ways. What does the Bible say about this. As got questions .com says, “God created us with a wide range of emotions. Although emotions are natural, we must submit them to God, asking Him to order them according to His Word and Spirit.”
HOW THE WORLD LIVES
The world lives like they are completely innocent until proven guilty. I am still looking for anyone who is guilty of anything, so I have to look in the mirror to find one. Then many still want to try and justify their sinful actions. We live in new world and society where they try to completely change all the words, terms and new definitions, so they will never be found guilty. They want to demand that you agree with their evil, and disregard all truth. They want you to manipulate your own thoughts and feelings, of right and wrong, to accept sin, and right and wrong, to erase guilt, and disregard truth. This is the world and society we live in today.
The Bible says this is evil, but people says, it does not feel that way. Since it does not feel evil, you can do whatever you want to do. No bad feelings, no conviction. You manipulate your own feelings, and do not want your feelings to change. The Bible can say something is evil but your own feelings says, it does not feel evil. No bad feelings mean no conviction. The problem is that people do not want their own feelings to change and avoid conviction. People want to feel more comfortable with sin. Do not always trust your feelings because they will lie to you. 90% of your life operates in the flesh. The Spirit of God is uncomfortable to the flesh. God is not a priority and people (even Christians) do not like his message. Love is not how you feel people, love is how you act.
I firmly believe the reason many churches have moved away from the preaching and teaching of Gods Word, and moved to only, the so called, praise and worship service, is to get away from their own guilt and shame. Dear Reader, whatever you obey is your master. What ever controls your life is your master. If it is not Jesus, then it is everything else, think about that. Christians should be killing things in their life that is not of God-AMEN.
AUTHENTIC PRAISE AND WORSHIP
If your praise and worship is authentic then it will match what the Bible says it is. John 4:24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” AS study light says, “Worshiping in spirit means engaging with God internally and sincerely, guided by the Holy Spirit. It involves a personal, heartfelt connection rather than just performing outward ceremonies. True worshipers are led by the Spirit to honor God in a way that reflects His nature as Spirit.”
Dear Reader, Authentic praise and worship must be done in Spirit and in truth. The enemies of our souls, wants music and songs that touches and impacts the flesh not the Spirit, That is emotional manipulation, that does not glorifies the Savior or God.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS
Also, “God has emotions (Isaiah 53:3; Psalm 7:11; 1 Kings 11:9-10), and as we were designed in His image, we also have emotions (Genesis 1:27). While our emotions are natural, we must avoid being like Cain, Moses, or King Saul who let their emotions lead them into sin (Genesis 4:3-8; Numbers 20:1-12; 1 Samuel 18:7-11). When we are overcome with grief, we should pour out our feelings to God, like Job, Hannah, and King David did. Whether we are in seasons of joy or sorrow in our lives, we should allow ourselves to experience the emotions that come along with those seasons (Ecclesiastes 3:1-11). If we are emotionally tired, we should go to God (Psalm 34:18; Matthew 11:28-30; 2 Corinthians 1:3-5) as well as to others (John 17; Romans 12:10, 13).
Being sad does not make us weak, and being angry is not necessarily sinful (Ephesians 4:26). However, what we do with our emotions can be sinful, so we must be wise and lean on the Lord’s strength (James 1:20; Ephesians 5:18; Ephesians 6:10-18). Even in our most anxious times, we should bring our requests to God (Philippians 4:6-7), knowing that He is able to work everything for good (Romans 8:28) and that the emotional pain we endure on this earth is only temporary (Revelation 21:4).”
CONCLUSION
In this modern day and age, there is so much theater and performances, in so called church praise and worship services. Some people are deceived, and are playing a dangerous game with God. They are gambling with their own soul and salvation for all eternity. Example: You have a ma in a dress who is being awarded for being the “woman of the year,” Yet they cannot tell you what a woman is. What do you put your faith and trust in?
They lie to you, everyone, and present what they call the spectacular, with fake gifts, fake miracles, signs and wonders, all for sale. They not only lie to you but they also lie to God. When they are caught they try to justify it. Then they will admit they made a mistake but did not sin. They never make restitution, they only try and do damage control, and blame other. And when you expose the Charlatans, they are always innocent and are being persecuted. They make a lot of money selling temporary emotional experiences. It will truly be a very sad day when they stand before Jesus at the great white throne Judgment.
