This is a new article, and it is called Sin Self and Satan. I believe the information in this article needs to be understood by every human on the planet. The reason I say this is because, every human who has ever existed, or will exist, will live their entire life in a life and death struggle regarding sin, self, and Satan. Yes, this is a lifelong battle, but it is also a battle that will lead to eternity, with eternal consequences.

In many of my articles I always try to tell everyone how to be saved and have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. I try to show them how they can have their sins forgiven. I want readers to understand what salvation is and what they are saved from. First, God saves them from “sin, self, and Satan.” I believe those are the big three.

SIN

I have to start with SIN. The reason being that sin started before we were ever created. I want to compare sin to a VIRUS AND LIFELONG PANDEMIC THAT YOU WILL NEVER ESCAPE IN THIS WORLD. Sin is a killer in every human, and no one escapes it in this world. Sin is a spiritual virus that affects every part of our lives. What does Gods Word say about sin? Romans 3:10 “ As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.”  None of US is good or always does what is right. Romans 3:23 “23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” Romans 6:23 “23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Sin condemns us and kills us eternally, but there is an eternal cure only through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Do you realize your mom and dad gave you your first sin when you were born? Psalm 51:5 “Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.” Do you realize that sin is what broke your relationship with God?  Isaiah59:2″But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.” You need to understand who God is and why He cannot and will never accept sin. Here is a link to show you who God really IS. DEAR READER, SIN HAS ETERNAL CONSEQUENCES.

SELF

Well, I start this section on self by asking a very important question? How well do you really know yourself? Self is probably our “BIGGEST ENEMY.” How many times have you ever won an argument with yourself. Have you ever talked to yourself? How about when you have messed up, said or done something that you should not have. Then you get in a fight with yourself and want to kick you on butt. You have a conscience, and you want to kick your own rear end. It like, how stupid I am. Why did I say or do that? What was I thinking? The damage is already done now, so how can I fix this? I will really have to pay for this one.

Do you realize that you were created as a Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social, and Spiritual Person? This how you were created. But understand this one. You are alive but your spiritual part of you is “DEAD” until God makes it alive through a new spiritual birth. Yes, without the new birth you carry a dead spirit all your life, Understand, you were created a body, soul and spirit.

Luke 12:16-21 Jesus told a story all about “SELF.” Let’s look at it, “16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.” Is this your life and the life you want filled with nothing but things? 1 John 2:16 says: For all that is in the world — the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life — is not of the Father but is of the world. The word lust in this Scripture means: longing desire; eagerness to possess or enjoy; unlawful desire of carnal pleasure; evil propensity; depraved affections and desires. DO YOU MAKE THINGS AND LUST, YOUR GOD, IN YOUR LIFE?

SATAN

It’s time to talk about the one who is called the “god of this world. His name is Satan who was Lucifer in heaven. He was the “ORIGINAL SINNER“. Lucifer was the most powerful creature ever created and is super intelligent. He is the one who has personally started every False Religion. He led a rebellion in heaven against God and got one third of the angels to followed him. There is not one spark of good in him and he is totally devoid of any good, but he is the epitome of absolute, total evil. Isaiah Chapter 14, Ezekiel 28:16, and Revelation 12″7-9.

Satan came to earth and temped our “ORIGINAL PARENTS” (Adam and Eve) to Sin. Satan wanted to destroy God’s new creation of earth, the Universe and humankind. Satan wanted to destroy God’s plan for man and God’s Word. Satan started the first FALSE RELIGION by telling Adam and Eve that they could be just like God, and God had lied to them. As the Bible says, Satan has been a liar from the beginning. Satan brings on Evil and suffering only. 1 Peter 5:8 says, “the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” As the “god of this world,” He has power and authority over our current world system and significant influence over people in the world. And everything he does, along with his demonic army of fallen angels, is intended to undermine God’s good and perfect plan for humanity.

Satan and his fallen Angels have already been judged and their final destination is “THE LAKE OF FIRE.” He intends on taking as many of you with him as he can. NOW HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT?

SALVATION

Dear Reader, “WHAT DOES LOVE LOOK LIKE? WHAT WAS THE PRICE OF SALVATION FOR YOU AND ME? Let’s see now. The phrase “love of Christ,” as opposed to “love for Christ,” refers to the love that He has toward mankind. His love can be briefly stated as His willingness to act in our best interest, especially in meeting our greatest need, even though it cost Him everything and even though we were the least worthy of such love.

Though Christ Jesus, being God in nature, existed from the beginning of time with God the Father (John 1:1) and the Holy Spirit, He willingly left His throne (John 1:1-14) to become a man, that He might pay the penalty for our sin so that we would not have to pay for it for all eternity in the lake of fire (Revelation 20:11-15). Because mankind’s sin has been paid for by our sinless Savior Jesus Christ, God who is just and holy can now forgive our sins when we accept Christ Jesus’ payment as our own (Romans 3:21-26). Thus, Christ’s love is shown in His leaving His home in heaven, where He was worshiped and honored as He deserved, to come to earth as a man where He would be mocked, betrayed, beaten, and crucified on a cross to pay the penalty for our sin, rising again from the dead on the third day. He considered our need of a Savior from our sin and its penalty as more important than His own comfort and life (Philippians 2:3-8).

Sometimes people may give their lives willingly for ones they deem as worthy—a friend, a relative, other “good” people—but Christ’s love goes beyond that. Christ’s love extends to those most unworthy of it. He willingly took the punishment of those who tortured Him, hated Him, rebelled against Him, and cared nothing about Him, those who were most undeserving of His love (Romans 5:6-8). He gave the most He could give for those who deserved it the least! Sacrifice, then, is the essence of godly love, called agape love. This is God-like love, not man-like love (Matthew 5:43-48).

This love which He demonstrated toward us on the cross is just the beginning. When we place our trust in Him as our Savior, He makes us God’s children, co-heirs with Him! He comes to dwell within us through His Holy Spirit, promising that He will never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5-6). Thus, we have a loving companion for life. And no matter what we go through, He is there, and His love is ever available to us (Romans 8:35). But as He rightfully reigns as a benevolent King in heaven, we need to give Him the position He deserves in our lives as well, that of Master and not merely companion. It is only then that we will experience life as He intended and live in the fullness of His love (John 10:10b). (From Got Questions).

CONCLUSION

I have tried to keep this article simple so anyone can understand it. I hope that you will have a better understand of not just yourself, but how you and I are, and how God see’s us. I have shown the evil of sin and how it separates us from God. I have also shown the eternal consequences of sin but also showed the only cure and remedy for sin that restores our relationship and fellowship with God. It took the very best that God had to offer to satisfy himself and pay for “OUR SINS.”

I wanted to show the evilness and consequences of “SIN” and I wanted to show how it all relates to “SELF-YOU AND ME.” Friends we were ALL created with Free Will, and we all MUST make a choice who we will serve. You can choose Self and Satan and spend eternity with him in the lake of fire. Or you can choose God, Jesus, Forgiveness, and eternity in Heaven. YOUR CHOICE.

If you are not a Christian and have not received God’s forgiveness and Salvation, I would not wait one more minute to become God’s child and have my relationship and fellowship restored with Him. I would be so glad to have my sins forgiven and cleansed.  Realize that Jesus took your place as your substitute and paid for ALL OF YOUR SINS. Bow your HEART and ask God for forgiveness and salvation, and God will instantly SAVE YOU AND CHANGE YOU INSIDE. Romans 10:13 “13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” It is all yours for the asking. It is Gods free GIFT to you, but it cost Jesus everything for you.

If you have asked and received God’s Salvation in your life, please let me know in the comment section below so I can rejoice with you. All comments, remarks and opinions are welcome so leave them in the comment section below. This concludes my article sin, self and Satan. Enjoy the video below, it is a great song.  RAY
