This article is called he never stopped loving me. I normally write my article then at the very end add a video. I will change that for this article and add the video here. I want everyone to hear it first and understand the power of those words, so please play the video and enjoy it.
I do hope you enjoyed this beautiful song with it’s meaning. It is very powerful in it’s meaning. You know Dear Reader, God is like us in many ways but really I should say, we are like God in many ways but He is a Holy God, and demands and commands us to be Holy like Him. Holy is who He is, with other attributes. God demands holiness even though we are sinners. Understand the Holiness that God demands He had to supply it to our lives and pay the price for we old sinful sinners. In other words, what God demanded only He could supply through the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, for the forgiveness of our sins. Jesus Christ became our substitute and paid the sin debt that we humans owed to God.
Dear Reader, I do want to make something prefectly plain that you should understand about this article. This article called “He never stopped loving me is all about the love of God, no mankind. Mans love will always climb up and down depending on how you feel at the moment, and humans love cannot and never will compare to God’s love which is total, complete and eternal.
THE LOVE OF GOD
I think we humans could live for 200 years and still not fully ever understand “the love of God” and all it entails. It may just take eternity to fully understand it and understand who God truly is. I believe the very first thing we need to learn is that God loved us first, even in our creation, and before. His love for us. AS got questions .com says, “Feelings come and go, and you may not always “feel” love for God. Hearts tend to grow cold, and even the most on-fire Christians can struggle with maintaining their love and service to God. The church in Ephesus had to be reprimanded by Christ: “You have forsaken the love you had at first” (Revelation 2:4). A lack of feelings of love, however, does not mean the relationship has ended. God does not change; His love is constant.
Our relationship with God is based on love. He loved us and sent His Son (John 3:16), and our response to His love is to love Him in return (1 John 4:19) and serve Him. Not service out of obligation, but out of true love for Him and who He is. God’s will is not that we give of ourselves “reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:7). So how do you become that “cheerful giver” who gives your heart freely to God?
WHY DOES GOD LOVE US?
This short question is among the most profound questions ever asked. And no human would ever be able to answer it sufficiently. One thing is certain, however. God does not love us because we are lovable or because we deserve His love. If anything, the opposite is true. The state of mankind since the fall is one of rebellion and disobedience. Jeremiah7:9 1 describes man’s inner condition: “The heart is deceitful and desperately wicked. Who can know it?” Our innermost beings are so corrupted by sin that even we don’t realize the extent to which sin has tainted us. In our natural state, we do not seek God; we do not love God; we do not desire God. Romans 3:10-12 clearly presents the state of the natural, unregenerate person: “There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one.” How then is it possible for a holy, righteous, and perfect God to love such creatures? To understand this we must understand something of the nature and character of God.
Gods love is a self sacrifice. Gods love is personal. He knows each of us individually and loves us personally. His is a mighty love that has no beginning and no end. It is this experiencing of God’s love that distinguishes Christianity from all other religions. Why does God love us? It is because of who He is: “God is love.” Dear Reader, Christianity is not a religion it is personl relationship with God, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God. This is why Christianity is not any kind of Religion. Jesus being God gave Himself, died for us Christians, and paid our sin debt. No other so called Religion has the innocent die for the guilty. THANK YOU JESUS.
As got questions .com says, “In teaching about the nature of God’s love (1 John 4:7–12), the apostle John explains that God’s divine love forms the basis of Christian love. The believer’s love is unique in that it’s source is God Himself (verse 7). If we don’t have love for others, then we don’t know God (verse 8). Love, then, is a litmus test of our faith. And because true love is expressed through actions, John states, “God’s love was revealed among us in this way: God sent His One and Only Son into the world so that we might live through Him. Love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins” (1 John 4:9–10, HCSB).
The ultimate demonstration of God’s love for us is this: He sent Jesus to be the propitiation for our sins. Earlier, John stated, “He Himself [Jesus] is the propitiation for our sins, and not only for ours, but also for those of the whole world” (1 John 2:2, HCSB).
Propitiation is a word we rarely hear these days. To better understand it’s meaning, we must look to the past. Many ancient religions, and some still today, include the concept of pacifying an angry God or gods. Polytheists, especially, believed that their deities were volatile and unpredictable beings who, if angered, would dole out punishment. To escape their wrath, worshipers offered sacrifices to their gods to appease their anger. This practice was known as “propitiation.
A more complete understanding of atonement for sin comes to light in the New Testament, where the word propitiation centers on the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross. Christ’s sacrifice holds the power to cancel the penalty for sin, turn away God’s anger toward sin, and avert God’s wrath once and for all (Hebrews 10:10). God, in His incredible, indescribable love for us, gave the one and only sacrifice capable of paying the price for our sins.”
CONCLUSION
God hasn’t simply told us to do something He wasn’t willing to do first, instead, “we love Him because He first loved us” (1 John 4:19). Think about this Dear Reader. God loved us first.
Will You, turn from yourself and turn to God, for FORGIVENESS and have a personal relationship with Him. God will save you and give you eternal life with him just as He did with me. It’s all yours for the asking. Again Romans 10:13 “For who so ever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Will you, Bow your heart, turn to Him, and ASK, CALL ON HIM.
