This article is caled, “IS THIS CHURCH MUSIC OR WORSHIP? IS GOD IN IT?” Or, is this new rock music of the world? So called modern day church music has changed so much, and the old church hymnal is out of date. You rarely hear any songs sang from the church hymnal and they have been replaced. I want to place a short video here so that you can see exactly what I am talking about before we go on. Is there any difference in your church music and the worlds music?

NOW YOUR OPINION WILL TRULY MATTER, SO PLEASE LEAVE IT BELOW IN THE COMMENT SECTION. I happen to agree with Paul Washer when he says, they are using “CARNAL MEANS” to attract people, then you have to continue carnal means to hold on to them.” So, I really have to ask the most important question? Where is the worship? Or, is this just entertainment? How much has the world moved into the churches and is taking over? Just because you say you are doing this for God,does not make it Holy or acceptable to God. It would be like me saying, “I AM A CHRISTIAN THEIF, I STEAL FOR GODS GLORY.” DUHHHHHHH Its funny how people take any sin and put the word CHRISTIAN before it, and claim that God blesses it.

WHO GETS THE PRAISE?

Now that is the real question. “The phrase “I will share my glory with no one” is reflected in Isaiah 42:8 (KJV), which states: “I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.” This verse emphasizes that God will not share His glory with anyone else.”

Dear Reader, here is a real question for you. Do you see this as entertainment and putting on a show? Or do you really think this is praise and worship to God?

SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH-WORSHIP

The Bible tells us to worship God in spirit and in truth. John 4:24 KJV teaches that true worship of God must be done “in spirit and in truth,” reflecting a sincere, spiritual, and authentic relationship with Him. Bible Study Tool says “Worshiping “in spirit” means engaging with God beyond physical or external acts. Since God is a spirit—immaterial, eternal, and invisible—true worship requires the heart, mind, and inner being to be fully involved. It is not merely about performing religious duties but about connecting with God on a spiritual level, guided by the Holy Spirit. And, Worshiping “in truth” emphasizes sincerity, honesty, and alignment with God’s revealed Word. It involves acknowledging God as He truly is, without pretense or falsehood, and worshiping according to His nature and commandments.

“This ensures that worship is not hypocritical or superficial but reflects genuine faith and understanding.” “Bible hub gives a summary this way: “John 4:24 KJV underscores that true worship is both spiritual and truthful, requiring believers to engage God with sincerity, guided by the Spirit, and in accordance with His Word. It calls Christians to move beyond ritualistic practices and cultivate a genuine, heartfelt relationship with God, recognizing His spiritual and eternal nature.” I believe these are biblical statements which are honest and true.

From what I see and hear in so many different so called churches,it is nothing more than a rock concert, or performance from the world. BUT YOU HAVE TO CALL IT PRAISE AND WORSHIP. Praise and worship of who or what? So, where is the preaching and teaching of God’s Word? Please read and understand this verse. Dear Reader, Here is what the Apostle Paul told young Timothy what to watch out for. II Timothy 4-4  “I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

I believe this is where many churches are today, and their performances have replaced the preaching and teaching of God’s Holy Word. Can you determine if this is worship or a rock concert? I have seen way too many vile and vulgar movements, by men and women, that should never be performed in a so called church service. I Corinthians 14:40 KJV “Let all things be done decently and in order” emphasizes the importance of orderly conduct and proper decorum in worship and daily life. The Greek word translated as “order” implies arrangement, organization, and proper sequence, while “decently” refers to behavior that is fitting, respectful, and appropriate. (Bible Hub).

Years ago I heard a new term floating around and it was becoming popular. The term was called, “JESUS ROCK.” It still exist today and is used in different dominations to try and legitimize rock and roll in churches. I will say Jesus is the “ROCK” of our salvation and use the term Himself, but was not refering to rock and roll music. Here is the term in its true sense and He was not refering to rock and roll music. Matthew 16:19-20. Theologically, this verse underscores the centrality of faith in Christ as the foundation of the church and the assurance that the church will endure against spiritual opposition.”

ORGANIZED CHOAS

Let these 2 word sink into your very heart, mind and soul. I think an0ther word that can describe it is the word confusion. I see it as more of entertainment, without the spirit of God. Many claim it is the very manifestation of the spirit. I have to ask then, “WHAT SPIRIT AND WHERE DID IT COME FROM?” Way too many associate “TOTAL EMOTIONALISM” as the Spirit of God’s w9rking as they are out of control or unders some other spirit. Lets jump, run, fall down, quake, spit, sputter and muttering unspeakable known speech, laughing and crying, shaking quacking, like convulsion, and many other physical traits. Yet they declare it is all the spirit of God’s working. I CALL IT CONFUSION. But it is all d0ne all at once and I call that confusion.

I Corinthians 14:40 “Let all things be done decently and in order.” Is that Organized Choas? “Let all things be done decently and in order” is a biblical principle from 1 Corinthians 14:40 emphasizing orderly, respectful, and God-honoring conduct in worship and daily life. This phrase comes from Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians, where he addresses issues in the early church regarding spiritual gifts and conduct during worship. The Corinthians were exhibiting pride and disorder, particularly in their use of spiritual gifts like speaking in tongues, which led to confusion and disruption in the congregation (1 Corinthians 14:36-39) Connect US.

Paul concludes this section with the general rule: all actions, especially in worship, should be conducted in a fitting, rational, and orderly manner.” Too many today want out of control WILDFIRE. But contribute it all,  to the Holy Spirit of Gods working.

CONCLUSION

I need to clarify something here. I am not a hateful person who attacks Christians. They are my brothers and sisters in Christ, I hope. My point is this, the real preaching and teaching of Gods Words has deminished or been replaced with churches religious programs, and activites. Church hymnal singing has been replaced with so called worship groups who control the singing in churches. And in many churches there are groups who determine what the so called worship is going to be, and much of the preaching of Gods Word,God’s Salvation, has been replaced, with so called songs and praise. What has replaced the death, burial, resurrection, and Gods Salvation through the blood of Jesus, in your church? Is the word “SIN” a dirty word in your church, or even preached on? God the father, Jesus the son, and the Holy Spirit has never changed and neither the work of the cross of Jesus has ever changed or, been replaced for salvation. Has total emotionalism and church entertainment replaced, the preaching and teaching of Gods Holy Word?

If you are not a Christian and have never become a Christian through the blood of Jesus Christ. Will You, turn from yourself and turn to God, for FORGIVENESS and have a personal relationship with Him. God will save you and give you eternal life with him just as He did with me. It’s all yours for the asking. Again Romans 10:13 “For who so ever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Will you, Bow your heart, turn to God, and ASK, CALL ON HIM. He will instantly SAVE YOU. JESUS IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SEPARATE YOU FROM SIN, AND THE ETERNAL PENALTY OF SIN. WE CAN BE GODS CHILDREN, SAVED AND FORGIVEN FOR ALL ETERNITY.

If you have asked, called upon God, for forgiveness of sin and Salvation, please let me know below in the comment section so I can rejoice with you. Your thoughts, opinions and comments are welcome so leave them below in the comment section. Now please listen to this beautiful song and its meaning  RAY
