This article is called “Truth or Consequences.” I remember the old television game show with the same name. It was on for years. These 2 words has always reminded me of what God tells us in His Holy Word about reaping and sowing. We humans operate in only 3 area’s of our life, those 3 area’s are “THOUGH, WORD OR DEEDS.” What we THINK, What we SAY-OUR SPEECH, and what we DO-OUR ACTIONS. We always operate in only one of these 3 area’s. And Dear reader, please understand there is always good or bad consequences for all of these area’s and actions of how we act.
I believe the show educated my generation, in to realizing the truth and consequences of what we think, do or say. Today everything is “SUBJECTIVE” WHICH MEANS YOUR TRUTH IS WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE AND WANT IT TO BE. So each persons truth is up to them and their truth is what they choose to believe. In other words nothing is actually factual unless YOU choose to believe it or make it your own personal truth.
I ran across this recent short article that I will post here, regarding a situation in public schools and yes truth or consequences does apply here in our society. I am sure this debate and decision is not over. “Tennessee School Board Draws a Line in the Sand: One Flag Per Classroom — The American Flag and State Flag. Period.
Parents and elected officials in Tennessee just showed the nation how it’s done. The school board voted decisively to remove pride flags and political symbols from classrooms, leaving only the U.S. flag and Tennessee state flag flying in those halls. No ideology. No activist agendas. Just the symbols that represent all of us.
For years, progressive activists have weaponized public schools to push their political worldview on our children. They’ve wrapped it in the language of “inclusion” and “diversity,” but what they’re really doing is dividing kids into identity camps and replacing education with indoctrination. Tennessee just said enough.
This is what happens when parents actually show up, when school boards listen to their communities, and when leaders have the backbone to stand against the cultural left. The activists will rage. They always do when they’re forced to back down. But that’s exactly the point — schools belong to the communities they serve, not to fringe movements masquerading as moral authority.This is America First leadership at the grassroots level. When citizens take charge, things change fast.” I am sure that this battle is not over, but these battles between morality and immorality never end.”
There are many places across the country names Truth or Consequences, in different states. This has been around for many manny years. The game show started many years ago, I think in the 60’s and was in black and white, then turned to color television. I remember it well as a kid. I want to post an old old video of the show to let you see what it was like in that day, and it will be before it was colorized. But I have to make a true statement. Is is not true how even in the reality society has to “COLORIZE” Truth and Consequences to their own personal belief, rather than factual non-changing truth and consequences?
REAL TRUTH AND CONSEQUENCES
They want to make truth and consequences, what they want to be. Please understand Satan is a master of this and is always willing to help you justify it in your entire life. His goal is to keep you away from God and deceive you, regarding truth and consequences. I believe this was the very first reality show in the garden of Eden and was personally hosted by Satan himself. Just check out how he did to Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden, and how all humans are still suffering the eternal consequences of it. Genesis 3:1-24. We now live in a world and society where vulgar words are not the worst but new words and their meaning have now been accepted as truth. They are now acceptable as true and demanded to be accepted as truth, they are called politically correct words and they have now replaced societies standard words and have new acceptable social meanings.
There are dozens of new so called dictionaries filled with new politically correct accepted words and speech. They even list over 100 new “GENDERS” so you can decide who or what you are, or what you want to be. You are no longer who God created you to be, you will be whoever or whatever you choose to be. And to help you along the federal government is willing to pay for any sex change operation that you want to have an transition to some new “GENDER.” Now what I just said is very true and so are the consequences of it.
Dear Reader here is exactly where our world and societies are world wide, just as the Apostle Paul told us it would be. And we are there. Anything goes in the new progressive world. Romans 1:18-25 ” 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. 26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.” This is the truth and the consequences are coming to the entire world, and that is guaranteed. The really sad part is that we live in a world now that thinks they can just change all the words, and do away with the consequences listed above from God.
CONCLUSION
Dear Reader, I truly want you to understand one important thing right here. If you have read this article then you have the mind to understand what I have written. You are educated enough to understand it and the truth of Gods Word. You are also educated enough to understand the truth and consequences, of what God’s word says. But that is your choice and your decision. So, what will you do with God and what He tells us? We have all done wrong and sinned, we know we have done or said thing that we never should have, and there are real consequences for that. With God there are eternal consequences greater then we have ever imagined. And yes God has a name for that and it is called “SIN” and there are consequences for that, and those consequence are eternal. But there is good news.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” Sin is why we die and sin kills everyone of us. All sin is against God. Jesus Christ came to earth and live then took our place on an old rugged cross and died in our place just to pay for our sins and satisfy God, who gave us forgiveness. Jesus paid for our consequences. II Corinthians 5:21 “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” Jesus took our place and paid the eternal consequences for us. I really hope you understand what I just posted, from Gods Word. Heaven and salvation are real and hell and eternal torment are also real for sin. You and I both have a choice to make concerning eternal consequences.
Do you have a personal Relationship with Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior? You can if you ask Him for forgiveness and Salvation. Will you turn from yourself and turn to God for forgiveness of all sin, and eternal Salvation? Romans 10:13 ““For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” And cleansed and forgiven. Will you call upon Jesus right now and let Him and His precious blood that he shed for our Salvation wash away all sin and cleanse you and wash you clean? Will you surrender and come to Him for a new life in Him and eternal life with Him through out all eternity in heaven?
